| Requirements |
Job Responsibility:
1. As a mentor of the SI team, guide the daily work of team members;
2. Draft SI design guidelines and coach the team to improve the theoretical level;
3. Design high-speed PCB and connectors;
4. Simulate and test SI and EMI on PCB and connector to meet customers' requirements;
5. Analyze SI, EMI failure and improvement.
Requirement:
1. Ph.D. degree, majoring in signal integrity;
2. Rich theoretical knowledge in designing high-performance SI products;
3. Proficient in SI-related equipments, PCB design softwares and SI softwares, such as TDR, VNA, CST, HFSS, PADS, etc.;
4. Result-oriented thinking, strong stress resistance, good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
