Job Description：
1. Responsible for organizing the development of new product process technology for consumer electronics，
2. Responsible for equipment evaluation, tooling preparation and production line layout planning required for new consumer electronics product process development，
3. Responsible for the formulation of new consumer electronics product sample process parameters and sample technical support，
4. Responsible for organizing the preparation of consumer electronics sample WI and PPAP documents，
5. Lead the continuous improvement of consumer electronic products, optimize process and reduce cost；
6. Responsible for work assignment and assessment of sample process engineers and technicians according to department objectives，
Qualification：
1. At least 5 years working experience in wiring harness assembly of consumer electronics, at least 3 years working experience in personnel management，
2. Proficient in consumer electronics process development and improvement be familiar with CAD, Pro/ E software is preferred. Good command of English both in reading and writing，
3. Strong professional skills, leadership, analytical, innovative and communication skills，
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
