2012-08-29 Internal Training Course by AST internal trainer—Sweet Supervisor-How to help the new employees grow up rapidly

          AS AST internal trainers’ intensive preparation, the course are also delivered in an orderly way . On August 29th, 2012, the internal training with the theme of “Sweet supervisor--how to help new employees grow up rapidly was released successfully.
         The course was delivered by AST intermediate internal trainers Eric, participation personnel are divided into 4 groups .During that training time, lecturer spoke through the question ” Is new employee the company's wealth or wealth negative?, and memories: the years, when we are still new……eliciting the mistakes easily made by supervisors, and then expounded how to help new employees grow up rapidly from four dimensions .
