Job Description:
1. Responsible for calculating the wages of the entire factory (more than 400 people).
2. Responsible for handling employee social security, medical insurance, personal tax and other matters.
3. Daily report on employee attendance.
4. Collection, storage and preservation of personnel data.
Requirement:
1. College degree or above, major in human resources is preferred, with theoretical foundation of human resources management.
2. Have held relevant positions in a production company for more than 3 years.
3. Familiar with local laws and regulations in Vietnam.
4. Proficient in all kinds of office software, with experience in operating the LEMON3 personnel system under Diginet is preferred.
5. Honest, careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of confidentiality, strong communication and coordination ability, and teamwork spirit.
6. Good reading and writing skills in Chinese or English, fluent in oral English is preferred.
